Daniel M. Herrera is an associate in the firm’s Estate Administration group, where he guides executors, trustees, and family members through the complex process of overseeing an estate.
A native of Florida, Mr. Herrera obtained his undergraduate degrees from Florida State University and subsequently his law degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. While in law school, Mr. Herrera earned multiple scholarships while also serving as the President of the Association of Business Law Students and interning for the Honorable Stephen DeLuca, as a law clerk.
Prior to joining the firm Mr. Herrera gained considerable and invaluable experience in creating estate plans for married and unmarried individuals and their families, asset protection, as well as handling a wide variety of transactional matters involving business formation and planning.
Mr. Herrera is a member of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law section of The Florida Bar, the South Palm Beach County Bar Association, and the Palm Beach County Bar Association. Mr. Herrera is admitted to The Florida Bar.
