As chairman of the firm's Estate and Trust Administration group, Mr. Rosenthal assists individuals and families with the transition from lifetime planning through estate settlement. He provides competent and compassionate counsel to clients and is particularly responsive to clients' needs during the difficult times that can follow the death of a family member. His practice includes all facets of the administration of estates and trusts, including the representation of personal representatives, trustees and beneficiaries in the preparation of federal estate and gift tax returns and post-mortem tax planning.
With more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Rosenthal has extensive knowledge in achieving multi-generational wealth preservation. He works with individuals, families, and their advisors to develop and execute their estate planning objectives while minimizing estate, gift and other transfer taxes.
Mr. Rosenthal has received the highest rating (AV-rated) for legal ability and ethical standards from Martindale-Hubbell and is admitted to practice in both Florida and New York.

Mr. Rosenthal graduated cum laude from the University of Buffalo School of Law where he served as editor of the Buffalo Law Review. He received his Bachelors of Science degree from Cornell University.
In addition to his professional dedication, Mr. Rosenthal is committed to actively participating in numerous community and charitable organizations throughout Broward and Palm Beach counties. He currently serves on the Florida Executive Committee and the Florida Regional Board of the Anti-Defamation League (ADL).
From 2010 to 2014, Mr. Rosenthal chaired the 100-person Professional Advisory Committee of the ADL, consisting of attorneys, accountants, financial advisors and other professionals who learn the importance of the ADL and its mission through seminars, workshops and meetings. He also led a group of 20 individuals in the Glass Leadership Institute, an intensive one year program which explores the substantive issues on the ADL’s agenda.
Simultaneous to his work with the ADL, Mr. Rosenthal is the Immediate Past President of the Greater Boca Raton Estate Planning Council. In this role, he chaired a 15-person board of directors, led the board meetings, and the general meetings comprised of over 150 members. Prior to his role as President, Mr. Rosenthal served as Vice President of Membership responsible for the recruitment and maintenance of membership.
