Joshua B. Glaser concentrates his practice in the areas of estate and gift tax planning; wills and trusts; business structuring and succession planning and asset preservation planning. He also assists clients with the preparation and submission of estate tax returns, gift tax returns and IRS Private Letter Ruling requests.
Mr. Glaser graduated from Yeshiva University with a B.S. in Accounting. He received his Juris Doctor from Touro Law Center in New York, as well and an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Miami School of Law. Mr. Glaser is admitted to the Florida Bar.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Glaser worked in the estate planning department of a boutique Boca Raton law firm focusing on estate planning for ultra-high net worth individuals and families. Prior to that, he worked in the wealth strategies practice of a large national private wealth management firm focused on providing tax, trust and business planning for high-net-worth families. Before attending law school, Mr. Glaser worked as a financial services accountant for a national accounting firm, where he provided audit and tax services for several large hedge funds. Further, while attending law school, he served as a clerk for a judge on the New York Supreme Court.
