Alan B. Rosenthal serves as chairman of the Estate and Trust Administration Group. Mr. Rosenthal assists individuals and families with the transition from lifetime planning through estate settlement. He provides competent and compassionate counsel to clients and is particularly responsive to clients' needs during the difficult times that can follow the death of a family member. His practice includes all facets of the administration of estates and trusts, post-mortem tax planning and the preparation of federal estate and gift tax returns.
With nearly fifteen years of experience, Mr. Rosenthal represents personal representatives, trustees and beneficiaries in estate and trust matters. He has received the highest rating (AV-rated) for legal ability and ethical standards from Martindale-Hubbell and is admitted to practice in both Florida and New York.
Mr. Rosenthal is currently a member of the following associations: Greater Boca Raton Estate Planning Council (Board of Directors); South Palm Beach County Bar Association; Palm Beach County Bar Association (Probate Guardianship Practice Committee); The Florida Bar (Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section); American Bar Association (Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section); and the Anti-Defamation League (Former Chair, Glass Leadership Institute; Chair, Professional Advisory Committee).
Mr. Rosenthal graduated cum laude from the University of Buffalo School of Law where he served as editor of the Buffalo Law Review. He received his bachelors of science degree from Cornell University.
