Alan B. Rosenthal |
Alan B. Rosenthal serves as chairman of the Estate and Trust Administration Group. Alan assists individuals and families with the transition from lifetime planning through estate settlement. Alan provides competent and compassionate counsel to clients and is particularly responsive to clients' needs during the difficult times that can follow the death of a family member. His practice includes all facets of the administration of estates and trusts, post-mortem tax planning and the preparation of federal estate and gift tax returns.
Originally from Buffalo, New York, Alan has more than ten years experience representing Personal Representatives, Trustees and beneficiaries in estate and trust matters. Alan has received the highest rating (AV-rated) for legal ability and ethical standards from Martindale-Hubbell and is admitted to practice in both Florida and New York.
